An approach to both the design and delivery of services and products that emphasizes the customer experience. Similar to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), a Minimum Viable Experience (MVE) is focused on delivering to customers, in the sense that an MVE offers a functional journey that provides them with an outcome. With an MVP, the focus is often on machine outcomes, while MVE focuses on human outcomes. An MVE is a significant consideration among developers who practice CI/CD, to ensure that products and services work on first delivery and continue to work each time new code or capabilities are deployed.
